The location is not bad, but it's very noisy because people always use the washing machine at night.
Avoid this place at all cost!! 302 S 1st St. Not only will they scam all of your security deposit, the maintenance has got much worse than before. Yes, they would come to address your request quickly, but they are unable to fix your issues. The only elevator in my building has been out of service for two months!! moved out, was asked to pay $500 in repairs but the rental deposit covered it, so can't complain. --- Been living here for 4 months and it’s been good. Midtown plaza has amenities that other apartments are missing a few of: - covered parking for a fee - elevator - queen sized bed - furniture included - in unit laundry - same floor trash chute There are no shared spaces such as study rooms gym pool etc. but the rent justifies it honestly. There are several issues with Midtown Plaza and the University Group. Firstly, their enforcement of rules is lax. I experienced persistent noise disturbances from a neighbor who frequently hosted loud parties well into the night. Despite multiple complaints to the management and police involvement, the issue was never adequately addressed.
