moved out, was asked to pay $500 in repairs but the rental deposit covered it, so can't complain. --- Been living here for 4 months and it’s been good. There are several issues with Midtown Plaza and the University Group. Firstly, their enforcement of rules is lax. I experienced persistent noise disturbances from a neighbor who frequently hosted loud parties well into the night. Despite multiple complaints to the management and police involvement, the issue was never adequately addressed. I lived here for a year and a half. I really enjoyed living here, it was GREAT! I think it is one of the best places to live in in the area. - It’s 15-min walk to the main quad, 1-min walk to a bus stop, 5-min walk to County Market, and less than 10-min walk to downtown Champaign.
