Horrible customer service. Phone calls are never answered (I’m sitting here while the phone has been ringing for 25 minutes). There is nobody at the front desk. My grandfathers medicine was promised a week ago, after already being delayed, but there was no delivery, making me have to show up here and wait for them to figure it out. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
Do NOT use this pharmacy. All grandparents prescriptions for seizures have been weeks delay. They never answer the phone and have terrible customer service. Have to drive there in person to ask a simple question only to have to wait hours to get answers or be sent home. Not to mention they don’t have anyone in the front desk or a delivery person half the time.
If it were up to me id give g this place 0 stars. I never receive my medication on time.... Even medications that have to be takenon time otherwise you have body physical effects like getting period although the whole reason you take the meds is to prevent getting a period, but midtown never communicates nor even comes to my direct apartment. Pick up only, no retail sales
It would had been 5 stars if I was able to speak with a live staff to request my refills. It would also be nice to give a grace period of the time in that day your medication would be delivered. Communication is very important and brings better business to customers.
