Amazing doctors, not so friendly front desk staff, which is unsettling for a pediatric doctor's office. Also, the $80 fee for a missed appointment is ridiculously high.
Our doctor is very nice and professional. We love him. BUT OMG the receptionists! We get it they work with so many people and likely have alot on their plates but they are awful and very rude. They cancelled my appointment last minute claiming they had called me, but I’m sure they didn’t call me. No call to my partner either and no email as a last resort. I had moved plans around to make the day work so to call me less than an hour ahead of time to cancel is so unprofessional but what’s worse is getting gaslit for it. Also, ... read more
