I must say, this is not what I expected. I came from being homeless, so I am extremely grateful to finally have a place to call home. However, gratitude should not mean accepting conditions that fall below reasonable standards. When residents pay rent every month, that should matter. This property urgently needs a qualified maintenance team—not people who are simply paid a few dollars to show up and throw paint on a problem. My first apartment and this is the worse experience EVER!!! I stay in the front .First they gave me the run around with the move in date and I had to get in contact with the property manager which later on became no help either !! When I finally moved in they put me in the very back where it’s dirty , ghetto and I heard someone shooting one night .
