Kind of the front receptionist lady for reminding me another clinic in the building. Doesn’t sounds like she’s well trained in her position. The tone is… well, not good customer service,rude
Online booking tool doesn't work and there's no phone number to call.
It is with heavy heart that I am submitting this, I believe in public health and I know that we don't have enough doctors. But this is no excuse for the behavior of this clinic, I had two appointments where I had to wait for more than one hour to meet the doctor, I brought some paperwork that needed to be filled out and the first appointment they told me to come back because it is a long process, the second appointment the doctor took five minutes. This office is great! The receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming. Always great service here, it's hard to find such a great doctors office. Always so helpful and so informative. They take exceptional care and you will leave with a smile
I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Marina Fomina-Nazarova and the entire office staff. She was patient, knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs. Her office staff was very pleasant to deal with and I am happy to have her as my family doctor.
