I went in for a facial yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Lorraine. This was not one of those basic facials where they simply apply a few masks and send you home. I could immediately feel and see a difference in my skin afterwards.

Recently bought a promotional peel. The service was very relaxing and the aesthetician was lovely, but I saw no difference with my skin. In fact it didn’t peel at all. It was a very disappointing treatment. I called to tell them that I didn’t see any results and the response was “Oh, it’s long lasting. I’m sure it will be fine and we should’ve told you your Skin does not always .” Sadly, I won’t be returning
