New management is great! The renovations around the building are awesome! The apartments are nice and spacious :)
I had a pleasant experience here! New management is very accommodating and caring. I’m happy to see that this place is turning around. Plus, the close walk to campus and the county market are amazing. :D

Return my security deposit Did you put my security deposit in the mail yet. I emailed you my forwarding address with no response from your office. What protocol are you following now? It’s been four months and I still haven’t seen picture of my apartment to justify the additional $290 I was charged
Midtown Lofts has some great, well spoken, high energy leasing agents who are always willing to help residents! Prospects can’t believe what they see before their eyes with all the new renovations happening. I would recommend this community, as it’s the central location to classes, bookstore, bars, restaurants and even the County Market grocery store! Check out their availability in the fall before everyone else gets it!!
