Unfortunately, our experience at Midtown Apartments has been extremely disappointing. We have been living here for only about a month, and we are already seriously considering moving out before our lease is over because of the conditions we have been dealing with. The second-floor hallway has a very strong and unpleasant rotten smell. The ventilation does not appear to be working properly, and the carpet seems to be holding the odor. I only wish there was an option to leave negative stars. Midtown Apartments has been, without question, one of the worst rental experiences imaginable. From day one, the lack of communication and professionalism was evident. We couldn’t even get basic information about how to access our apartment or obtain our keys on move-in day.
