I paid my apartment in for one of the windows broke. They charge me $783. It affected me tremendously terrible management
Current tenant here. The leasing office is not answering calls/messages/emails for the past few weeks. I'm not sure what's going on. I hope to be able to remove/edit this review if I hear back.
Negligence on steroids and consistent lying are the least offensive ways I can think of describing this office and management team without cursing with every line. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and you can never reach them with emails or calls unless you really make a big deal out of it. The only time that they come after you is when your lease needs to be renewed. There used to be an office on site, however, in order to make more money, they decided to move everything downtown. This is a terrible place. The noise is not isolated from other rooms. Here's what just happened, which I'll list briefly: start from a month ago, we wanted to move into a different room due to noise, after insisting visiting the office multiple times, the office said there was an empty one and we were totally okay to move in.
