I only wish there was an option to leave negative stars. Midtown Apartments has been, without question, one of the worst rental experiences imaginable. From day one, the lack of communication and professionalism was evident. We couldn’t even get basic information about how to access our apartment or obtain our keys on move-in day. Lived here for 3 years during my time at MSU. Loved being close to campus and near the shopping/food of Frandor.
Good location to live, although the dumpster area is very unclean on average.
