This shop is a lost jewel family run and fantastic work at very reasonable prices. This is the only jeweler I will go to for watch or jewelry repair.
The team at Midtown jeweler a have been fantastic. Over a couple of years I have taken several items for service and the results have always been excellent. I recently asked for a simple watch glass repair and thaw watch came back looking better than brand new! I will support these guys as best as I can. Friendly staff and great service seem to be in short supply these days so I'm glad to have found these guys.
Jennifer provides beyond excellent customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her customers leave happy.
