This was the WORST experience. Our 18 month old daughter received a simple tube procedure. 1. The anesthesiologist was so incredibly rude when we arrived (we almost canceled the surgery and left). Asking if we knew why we were there, and when we said it was for ear tubes (twice), he rolled his eyes, slammed his clipboard down and said "no, you're not here for tubes. you're here because she has to be put to sleep in order to get tubes."
