Awful reception service. I was told that I didn’t need a referral from my insurance to get an X-ray done, I waited 50 minutes to be told that I did need one. I can understand that. My problem is that I asked the receptionist to help me speak to my doctors office. She claimed she couldn’t her the nurse on the other line meanwhile she had headphones on, of course you won’t be able to hear the person on the other line. Drove around lost for awhile looking for Midtown Imaging. ..Which was on my scrip and in google..Good Sam not mentioned “ How can I help you sir” I mentioned this to the receptionist and she Said shes “ not in charge of the signs , now how can I help you.? ..which is customer speak for “ I dont give a flip about your problem”… THEN …I had to wait a solid hour..arrived 2.30, seen at 3, 30…due to “scheduling Problems! “ In a well managed clinic, the lady would come out and say ” sorry Mr. Smith we're just running a little behi... read more
I am sharing - how wonderful both girls were!!!! Claudia - a Mammo Tech was so friendly - kind- and professional. She made me feel comfortable and very "at ease" in a somewhat "challenging" situation. This visit was followed by Stacie - an Ultrasound Tech. She was equally friendly- kind - and professional. Having a "call back" is always a cause for concern, but these two ladies know how to bring comfort, encouragement, and put simply - both were wonderful!
