The other day we had a Midtown sale rep visit our house to discuss deck options and review some pictures. He was very good at answering questions and did not pressure us into making any deals. During his visit he asked about our fence because it was a vinyl fence and it looked like something that Midtown has carried before. If you are reading this about Midtown, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!! They get you to sign on the dotted line, and after that they are done with their customer service toward you as a client. I had them do a master bathroom for me, told them where I wanted my shower to go to, (point A to point B), they measured it 3 inches to short. Made the shower base, installed it in concrete. Wish I had read these reviews before doing business with this company. I agree with NEVER doing business with this company, and we filed a complaint about them with the BBB and they did nothing. High pressure sales with blatant lies, did not do the work properly the first time (roof) and they had to come back and finish it. Also they delivered the roofing materials and they just sat there until we called them and made them come actually do the work.
One of the worst companies i have ever seen, high pressure sells and a total disregard for the customer or their satisfaction. I do not know how they maintain their BBB rank! THEY HAVE NO REGAURD FOR THE COUSTOMER!
Window replacement. High pressure sales tactics. Workmanship horrible. Sealer all over and not smooth.Windows not fitting correctly.Cheap trim used to cover gaps with a lot of sealer. Holes in screens. one window would not shut or lock.Trim around windows cheap looking with a lot of spaces for air to come in. High pressure to pay before job done right.
