In my opinion these are very expensive relative to what you get, these are not really competitively priced compared to what other luxury options are available in the area. I think a big reason is that these apartments are newer builds and suffer from the same problems that a lot of post 2020 builds do (you will hear neighbors above and through the walls) which makes the price tag harder to justify. Very overpriced for what you get. Thin walls (so you will hear your neighbors a lot), lot of maintenance issues, and the additional fees (trash, parking, covered parking) really add up. Wouldn't recommend personally.
