Very overpriced for what you get. Thin walls (so you will hear your neighbors a lot), lot of maintenance issues, and the additional fees (trash, parking, covered parking) really add up. Wouldn't recommend personally.

its a place that don't have any security for woman, I saw a pretty young girl crying with Cops helping her because the maintenance guys was following her inside the building and making sexual offender to her. If you are a woman should not rent this place as you will not be safe inside the building. Be safe laddies.
