I came in and seen the ALPN and he was by far amazing! You could tell he genuinely cares about his patients, he didn’t give me a hard time about my medication I am on or the ones I needed should I say! He was very friendly! I highly recommend anyone to this team! I was a patient here several years ago and had a good experience so decided to contact them to set up a new appointment. I was placed on a long hold and when my call was answered and I described the type of appointment I needed, the response was, "Have you even been here before?" Yes, and according to my insurance, they're accepting new patients. I gave them my personal information, and they said the NP I'd seen before, Peggy, wasn't taking any new patients at all. Dr Thompson and staff are professional and always willing to give you as much time as you need with questions and answers regarding your health.
Horrible client service - the doctor there actually told me to leave after calling them out on it. Literally go to any other family practice office.
