Horrible client service - the doctor there actually told me to leave after calling them out on it. Literally go to any other family practice office.
Been going here 5 years and I'm wondering why. Front office staff don't seem to relay messages to Peggy at all. They won't respond. I need medical help and they just ignore you. I can't get ahold of Peggy at all. How am I supposed to know what they want new to do next if they won't communicate at all? Do they not want business? Been going here 5 years and have never had anything but positive interactions and help. Some of the comments on here are crazy lol. Front desk staff have always been great. Peggy is prompt on prescription refills. The staff listen well. The woman who takes your blood is a unique, but who cares. Love and let live. I'd recommend going here!!! Insurance help has been top notch. Advise is helpful. Staff are attentive and listen. Zero issues for years!
