Would not recommend. The nurse Ebony is incredibly rude and dismissive, won't return phone calls. Dr. jacobs is awesome but not her staff.

I've been a patient at MFM for over 3 years. It's been ok, but this month I was unable to get my critical medication because Peggy was on vacation. I called for days, left messages, and finally spoke with another NP. The other nurse didn't have any solutions and hung up on me when I pushed back on that process. I'm so shocked that she would talk over me, speak so coldly, and then hang up on me. My medical care is really serious. It ruined my day and MFM isn't concerned. I came in and seen the ALPN and he was by far amazing! You could tell he genuinely cares about his patients, he didn’t give me a hard time about my medication I am on or the ones I needed should I say! He was very friendly! I highly recommend anyone to this team! Brett was amazing, only thing is my meds I’ve been without was supposed to be called in today as they wasn’t so I have to wait until Monday going in as a new patient and having to wait until after the weekend for my meds is not ideal, but I understand the “main Dr” ... read more

I was a patient here several years ago and had a good experience so decided to contact them to set up a new appointment. I was placed on a long hold and when my call was answered and I described the type of appointment I needed, the response was, "Have you even been here before?" Yes, and according to my insurance, they're accepting new patients. I gave them my personal information, and they said the NP I'd seen before, Peggy, wasn't taking any new patients at all.
