Called to get information to come in as a new patient. I was abruptly stopped mid sentence to be placed on hold. I was left on hold for 40 mins. I called back thinking maybe they got busy and forgot about me. To my surprise the office was bow closed. I was clearly left on hold and ignored until the office was closed. I will be going elsewhere and should have known better based on the other reviews for this office. Don’t waste your time.
I wanted to come on here and thank Brett Nolte, who is a nurse for MFM, and moved mountains for me to get a difficult prescription. Brett spent a few days returning my calls quickly, exploring possibilities, sending scripts and all around being an amazing human during what was a really frustrating time. Thrilled to say that we figured it out, and want to say how grateful I am to have a practitioner like Brett, who gets it and stays with you, for my care.
