Don’t trust this place. Picked up a friend here. They called at 1220 saying he’d be ready in 15. Originally he was schedule to be ready for pickup at 1. Got there at 1245. Waited over an hour. He was waiting for a doctor to discharge for all that time. Terrible service and timing.
Extremely professional. Dr. Yoon is attentive and amazing + anesthesiologist Dr.Ocher was kind and reassuring! I was able to get endoscopy imaging the same day as the procedure. Would recommend. Not to mention the office is so clean and modern I deducted one star because the front desk guy didn’t send my prescription on time, I was supposed to start the medicine the next morning. I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Dann, and I want to be clear that this review is not about him. He is very thorough, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I plan to continue seeing him. My concerns are with the overall experience at the practice. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I was asked to arrive at 9:00 AM.
