I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Dann, and I want to be clear that this review is not about him. He is very thorough, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I plan to continue seeing him. My concerns are with the overall experience at the practice. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I was asked to arrive at 9:00 AM. However, I ended up waiting over two hours before being seen, which felt quite long. During recovery, I was still very disoriented and dizzy from the sedation. Dr Zhao is great as the anesthesiologist Dr Albert, but I had to wait an hour and a half for a procedure despite being on time. Additionally, they never informed me that the copay would be hundred of dollars until checking in for the procedure. Some notification would have been helpful. There was also a slug in the medical area.
Dr. Rosman was really great throughout the process. His guidance and instructions before my procedure were the best and the whole procedure went smoothly. Thanks for your excellent skill and work
