I have significant delays in my health, also in part from this office, which has culminated in permanent damage in my body. Along with other issues.
I have been a patient of Nurse Practitioner Debra Jacoby for about six yrs. She has always been professional and helpful to me. I've had a few issues with the front office, but not really more than with any other medical office. I do wish there would be texting appt confirmation available, calling in again is a nuisance. I understand that many patients need several reminders about upcoming appts., I am not one of those people. I never just don't show up, or arrive late without calling.
I'm an existing patient here, but have been told because they have no openings in the next 3 months, I would become a "new patient," and the doctor isn't accepting new patients. No waitlist either but I can "call periodically to see if anyone cancels." Not fun to be abandoned by your doctor.
