Fantastic lunch today at Midtown Eats. Chicken and dumplings was out of this world delicious, served with a grilled cheese sandwich, tasted like a combo,of Gouda and Cheddar. I am a fan of this place.
Love this place, great food. Always fresh & great specials. Gotta get by there and try a wrap.
Saw this on one of those "13 places you might miss but should really visit" kind of things on Facebook. So glad we did, fantastic food, friendly service, and a great price. I had the N'awlins burger, my wife had the Thai wrap. Both were excellent. Can't wait to get back and sample the rest of the menu!
Saw something online about this place, did some research, and started drooling. Called Lois and said don't be late tonight. When we pulled up she seemed a bit apprehensive but within 2 minutes inside she was beaming and said, "I love this place" !! A diner in the back was lit up,too. I'm a regular here, paying a visit once a week or so. The food is noticeably fresh and unlike anything in a regular restaurant. Mark hand picks every ingredient that goes into his foods. I had the most delicious burrito there yesterday. The jalapenos were pickled right there in the restaurant. I usually use four napkins because the meals are all so juicy. See this place on a page about hidden holes in the wall and was near there so had to check it out, they did a great job on the Cuban and the red beans and rice had some good kick to it. Love finding a new Mom and Pops place, will keep this one on the list.
My son and I ate lunch there today and can't wait to go back. The food was delicious and our server was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat. Very reasonably priced as well.
