Tom is the nicest landlord. I rented an apartment in the Johnstown building during the pandemic and any time I had an issue, he was on it like a hawk. He had a friend of his help me move stuff in. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

I've lived here for three years. It's the best apartment experience I've ever had. Very friendly and helpful staff, the apartments are quite, and the location is great for university commuting.

This place is in a convenient location near many of the places that I usually shop at such as Kroger’s and is great for any colleges students going to university of Dayton as that too is just a short drive. As for the apartment itself, it feels cozy and is kept nice and warm in the winter. The place seems clean and well kept. I haven’t had any problems with bed bugs, cockroaches or anything of that nature. I never hear any noise from neighbors which is nice for studying or watching movies.
