Never had a dental exam and cleaning as good as this one. The hygienist Lisa was extremely thorough. Dr. Zombek was very good and discussed my treatment options and explained the condition of my teeth in a very professional manner. She's also very positive and friendly. And what a clean place!
The staff at Midtown was very professional, courteous, and focused on satisfying the customer's dental needs! Couldn't ask for a better experience!
Every one is always friendly and upbeat. Especially Dr. Hannah, as she sings along while doing her work. I was pleased with Susan, the Hygenist , who actually cleaned my teeth. So caring. Dr, Hannah was concerned about an issue going on with my gum,right top, so she advised me where to go,etc.So I appreciate that she wanted me to feel better soon. Thanks Dr. H..
Because I have a severe gag reflux issue and needed to have x-rays taken when I went in for my 6-month cleaning, they were quite patient with me and able to get all the x-rays needed. I also had an issue with my Maryland bridge and they were very accommodating and took care of it the same day so that I did not need to schedule a different appointment. Everyone at MidTown Smiles is very caring and I would highly recommed them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
The staff are wonderful, caring, and thorough. They are punctual to begin your appointment and talk you through it all. The location is easy to find and their scheduling is flexible. I recommend this dentist and her staff to everyone!
