Dr. Neil Gross has been my dentist for decades. He is the best. Dr. Gross has guided me through so many procedures and his staff is very professional.
Dentistry is fine. They do excellent work. Front desk resembles a cavity. Cavity needs to be " drilled out" and filled with different staff. Prices are outrageous Recently left Delta Dental. An amout computed in secret is due before they let you out the door. When payment is received from the insurance co, as the out of network benefit, they want to get that too.No receipt, no explanations of anything done. money hungry individuals work that way. My experience with Midtown Dental Group was exceptional. I called last minute and they were able to get me in on a Saturday. I also mentioned I was a bit anxious and they put me at ease and made my visit so comfortable. Dr. Lim, as well as the assistant, were wonderful. I ended up making my teeth cleaning appointment with them on my way out I liked it so much!
Office is clean and the staff is pleasant I would recommend friends and family to this office
