My husband and I are so grateful to have found Midtown! I never have to wait. They use the latest technology and practices but are still warm, friendly and personal. Yesterday, I had the most thorough cleaning of my life! The hygienist found tears of buildup other dentists had missed, hidden until my recent orthodontic work. My son had his very first fillings today and was SO nervous. I’m talkin’ high heart rate and quick, shallow breathing. Even though he is a brand new patient and she had never met him before, Carol took his hand and calmed him as she walked him through what to expect. His dental hygienist, Mandi, also put him at ease throughout the entire process and even turned on Netflix as a worthy distraction. RecommendedI am so happy I found a good dentist! We are military and have moved a lot and a great dentist is very important to me. I have dental anxiety whenever I need work done and Dr. Durtschi was so understanding! He discovered I had a crown that was cracked. I got it scheduled to be replaced. I absolutely LOVE coming to Midtown! I called to make my appointments for dental and vision exams, and they got me in for both appointments on the same day so I wouldn't have to take extra time off work! After a sleepless night due to an unbearable toothache, Dr Durtschi was able to meet us at the office in the hour. He was able to take xrays, do an exam and get everything all fixed up quickly and comfortably. We are so thankful to Dr Durtschi for being accessible, efficient, professional and kind. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
