When you walk into the office, you feel like you are in a spa, not a dental office. And the staff is amazing at this place. Coming from the military, I was just use to being told I had a soft spot and then an appointment was made to fill it. At Renaissance, they answer your questions and teach you how to maintain your teeth and prevent any future problems. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat!!
As always, the experience was great. I nearly fell asleep during my cleaning. I fear that if I ever use th massage chair, I'll need to call in to work. Thanks for making "going to the dentist" an enjoyable experience.
I use to dread going to the dentist because as a child I had a very bad experience, but I have to say now I look forward to it. It starts when you walk in the door with Carol who always is very friendly and greets you the moment you arrive.Then there is Vikki, my Hygienist is who is so energetic and meticulous about her work. Dr. Abernethey and staff always take great care of me. I actually don't mind going to the dentist! Do yourself a favor - change dentist and go see the team at Renaissance dental.
Always patient, always kind, always understanding, helpful, does her best to make you comfortable and keep you pain free. The attention she gives me is outstanding! I never feel rushed, always answers my questions, meets me when emergencies occur,there is so much more to say. You will not be dissappointed by this group of ladies. I have always had dental phobia, but Dr Sonner has helped me overcome this fear. Thank you for being such a great dentist and person!
Renaissance is the absolute BEST in the business. Everyone is absolutely amazing and having a female dentist for the first time in my life, I have to say, what took me so long. So professional, yet fun and gentle! I will be bringing everyone in my family and recommend everyone I know to this practice.
