We love our stay here at Midtown Court Apartments (please don't confuse it with Midtown Apartments which sits right behind). All utilities are included in our rent. If it weren't due to work relocation, we would have stayed for another 1-2 years. Patty is our property manager and we have nothing but great things to say. She is responsive to messages. Love this apartment complex - has everything you could possibly ask for at the most reasonable price in Palo Alto. I recommend the complex to all of my friends at Stanford and the surrounding South Bay area. Patty is the best landlord I have ever had. She is extremely responsive and truly cares about the tenants. She runs a tight ship and it shows in how well maintained the apartments are. The problem with most of these reviews is that there is 2 apartment complexes on this site. First one is "Midtown Court Apartments" and the other is "Midtown Apartments".... and very misleading when true reviews are posted. They are not reviewed for the correct complex....
The most rudest insensitive leasing office lady works there on weekends who goes out of her way to be rude to people. Very petty and inconsiderate.
