When we called because my college son was in a pinch to get a place due to college starting. I was told the 3/3 was $600/month plus trash and utilities. My son moved out and I saw they have charged him $749 a month since he moved in. I am LIVID! When I look for the lease, it doesn't even show the one he signed. Seriously do yourselves a favor & RUN in the opposite direction from this apartment complex. Yes, it is one of the cheapest places to live that's close to campus but it is absolutely not worth it in the slightest. Prepare for an absolute disaster of a living situation if you do that includes unsafe conditions, relentless power outages, creepy maintenance men, unreliable wifi, inoperable & trashy amenities, & of course money-hungry management that seems to revel in deceit. 1.
