Lived here for 3 years and it was great! Issues were always quickly taken care of and the property manager is super chill and nice. Would have continued to live here if it weren't for the fact we needed a bigger place and I wanted to live closer to work. Would recommend here as a place to live :)
Jennifer is an all star. Lived here for a year and it was the easiest move in and move out I’ve experienced. The location can’t be beat and the units are shockingly quite
I absolutely adore Jennifer the building manger. I have never had a better landlady ever! The suites are spacious and well laid out. The maintenance man Sherwin is always on top of any concerns. Building is kept safe and clean. Everyone I’ve met who lives in the buildings are wonderful. Close to the hwy (right on mccallum exit) without the traffic noise is a definite bonus for work commute. Best place to live in town!
I knew from the moment I moved into Midtown Club Suites that I had made the right decision. The building is very clean and well maintained. The underground parking is very secure and has surveillance cameras for peace of mind. They also have EV spots with plug-ins to accommodate those with EVs. The suites themselves are very spacious open concept units with 9 foot ceilings, large islands in the kitchen and high quality appliances. The in house laundry is amazing as well.
