James was not only thorough, but very helpful in recommending ways to more efficiently and appropriately utilize my wood burning insert. He was able to accommodate our request to have our chimney swept on a very tight time constraint. He even showed up earlier than expected which helped us get on with our day. We will use James and Midtown on an annual basis from this point forward for all of our cleaning needs.
