Would not honor gift certificate. Stated it was from previous owner, even though business name has not changed and no way for a customer to know that. New owners state gift certificates are only good for six months even though federal law states five years.
My nails looks a mess , the little guy was rushing . It’s lumps all through my nails polish is horrible. I hate my nails so bad and their short too , super thick like they need to shut down.
