Our waitress was very kind and nice, but unfortunately an hour wait for two entrees without an apology just ruins a dinner. Also the parm crust on the halibut looked like a craft single.
On this restaurants website it says “The Bluebird's mission is to enrich the lives of our guests, our employees and owners. We do this through superior quality food and beverages, legendary customer service and treating our employees and guests like family.” I would hate to be these people’s family if they treat family how we were treated. Awesome place to eat and grab a drink. Came in with the wife on a Friday for an early dinner and it was amazing. The drinks are huge and priced fair and the food was top notch. If you are in CDA it is a must stop.
