Not a great place to live — extremely disappointing experience. Living at Midtown Aventura Apartments was frustrating from start to finish. For starters, parking is a nightmare. It's always full, and I constantly had to park far away from my building — sometimes blocks away — and carry groceries back and forth with multiple trips. My family, including toddlers, had to walk long distances late at night just to get home. They have a big problem with German Roaches which they dont admit and blame tenants for . Managment is terrible in how they relate to tenants problems.
