This neighborhood sucks. The people are dirty, the mgt doesn’t enforce anything to change it but when I accidentally have a trash bag out on a night where there’s no pickup I somehow get a notice. My AC has been broken since I move in. 1-2 times a month my apt is 80 degrees and they implement some short term fix instead of replacing anything in the unit. Ana at the leasing office is super knowledgeable and kind. She takes her time explaining and showing everything in detail and is very transparent. Great service and lovely community. There are townhouses and apartments. Well maintained and well kept.
I love to live in Midtown. We are like a family, the staff take care, the maintenance is amazing.
