I use to live here and I loved it I recently came back for a party and it had the same magic as before
洗地的時候沒有任何提示，直接洗到家裡了。物業還說給了提示，但是我們根本沒有收到。不僅如此，除草也非常的吵。另外還有閒雜人不斷敲門賣餅乾，跟物業反應了卻沒有任何回覆。這個社區的人素質也很低，鄰居家的狗大半夜都叫，社區人的狗在地上拉了屎也不擦，地上到處都是狗屎沒人清理，而且還有陌生人在我家的垃圾桶扔垃圾，跟物業反應了都沒任何回覆的。反正目前跟物業郵件反應的大部分東西物業都不予回復，非常傷心💔
5 stars nice apartment wonderful staff especially Ana she is so nice she takes her time with you and explains everything about the Community she is a wonderful and blessed person thank you so much Ana and midtown aventura for a wonderful experience.
This neighborhood sucks. The people are dirty, the mgt doesn’t enforce anything to change it but when I accidentally have a trash bag out on a night where there’s no pickup I somehow get a notice. My AC has been broken since I move in. 1-2 times a month my apt is 80 degrees and they implement some short term fix instead of replacing anything in the unit.
