Nice place to live but the parking is terrible. You have to pay $5 a month per car then ride around looking for parking which there isn’t any if you get home after 9pm. Resident cars are towed nightly due to curb parking but that’s the only choice unless you park elsewhere and walk home. Gym is no longer 24hrs so good luck working out after work. Ana in the office is amazing
Lived here for a little longer 1.5 years and I can say that it’s pretty great for the price. Sure parking can be an issue but it’s not an issue of finding spots but finding a spot close to your apartment but that’s pretty standard when you don’t have reserved parking. You have the Brightline to go places to avoid Uber costs and Aldis/Publix/Win-Dixie are all within a 6 min drive. The only real draw backs are getting to 95 during the morning on school days or after work which it’s more of an Aventura issue not apartment issue... read more
