Not even know where to start. I been living in Midtown Aventura since 2018 , i believe Im the oldest tenant living on this property now. The lack of security is extremely concerning, i personally got a vehicle stolen from here, the gate is always broken, the security camaras don’t work because management never has the “budget” to fix them the list keeps going on. Save yourself the hassle and don’t move here. Management team is an absolute nightmare to deal with, they don’t handle any important issues. Hasn’t been parking in years, cars are parked all along the road on curbs if you come home past 10pm. All the residents think this is their private back yard walking their dogs off leashes with 0 recall, not cleaning up after them. 洗地的時候沒有任何提示，直接洗到家裡了。物業還說給了提示，但是我們根本沒有收到。不僅如此，除草也非常的吵。另外還有閒雜人不斷敲門賣餅乾，跟物業反應了卻沒有任何回覆。
