Rochester club is unsanitary. Patrons are allowed to wear street shoes, sneakers and sweaty workout clothes in the sauna and steam room. Showers smell terrible. Management is completely unresponsive despite numerous requests from customers and staff. Feels more like a glorified YMCA.
