I love Midtown Athletic Club! I enjoy playing tennis, doing my dancing, Pilates and Yoga classes! Love it!!!
Still trying to figure out how anyone can complain about the club- with all new state of the art equipment, new turf room with weight sled, TRX, etc, all new free weights, machines, etc. Yes it's pricey but worth it - so go work out at some dump where people bring their own dish towels to use when they work out, if they use a towel at all- with sweat and how knows what covering very surface for your 40 bucks a month- Enjoy!!
I have been a member of Midtown for over 20 years so of course I have seen many changes . I see there are a few reviews here mentioning the new floor layouts and changes in the club and how they are looking elsewhere , I for one like the new layouts and the different types of equipment and the way it's set up. This is a great club for working out socializing and playing tennis well and the pools are probably great too but I don't use those. It is a beautiful facility.
