With the exception of the horrible music in the women's locker room at 5:30 in the morning (which is when I get there) I love this club. It is my happy place.
I joined Midtown about a month ago. I began personal training with Charlie and have never worked so hard and been so motivated. His ability to asses my needs, establish goals and keep me motivated is incredible. In just a month I've learned more about what foods to eat, when to eat them and ways to train that have increased my strength and endurance. Not only can I now get into that favorite pair of jeans...tennis lessons with Rob have also kicked me into high gear. Now I'm ready for a summer of tennis, cycling and swimming!... read more
