Hello! I currently live at Midtown and have to say the front desk workers in the lobby are amazing! Any problem I bring to them about my living situation, they make it their top priority to handle. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which takes a huge weight off my shoulder while trying to managing school. Living here has been a great experience overall. Midtown is super close to campus, so getting to class is quick and easy. Most of the residents also attend WKU, which creates a great student community.... read more
Internet went out twice in less than two weeks span, next time this happens, I'll be looking forward to take a look at the lease and request for prorated fees for all the amenities not being provided.
If you want to live in an apartment with a broken ac, water leaks, mold, the worst random roommates in existence, and a place that hikes up your rent three times a year without giving an explanation than midtown is the place for you.
I love living here! The management is so sweet, and the apartments are so cozy!
PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO LIVE HERE. Now with that said, this property is really convenient to campus and it is nice for students to have their own bedroom and bathroom, BUT there are several red flags that if I had to do it over again I would have paid more attention to. 1) You will be asked for $500 up front. This is NOT a security deposit. It is $50 application fee, $150 activities fee (?), and a $300 administration fee!!!
