I have had a progressively worse experience since the new management took over this past year. Each unit used to have their own wifi and now it’s for the entire building and it’s ALWAYS out or extremely slow. Parking has been terrible as they don’t have enough spaces for even half of the residents. The rooms are extremely humid and have reached upwards of 80% humidity to the point my sheets felt wet. Terrible management. Charges $305 administrative fee for WiFi but the WiFi is always terrible. Went out for days on end for both of my exam weeks and disconnected me without saving on a project I had been working on for 3 hours. It’s crazy how a big part of their advertising is for students to study in the study room but they never have WiFi to do it.
Our student has a valid parking space in garage however her car was towed and impounded today! She was told that the "towing' company is who polices such when it is actually Midtown security that turns in a list or cars that need towed. If you've walked past this car in the garage for the last 75 days, wouldn't you know it's valid. Also Midtown has returned no calls to address after messages being left....poor communication on their part cost an impound! Not happy and definitely wouldn't recommend.
Honestly I regret moving in. I've been here maybe a month. Still don't have internet to my PC. The wifi on my phone never works here either. They outsource and the people don't ever respond. The toilet doesn't flush well, I've put in several maintainance requests and it's still broken. I have to park about 8 blocks away from my apt. They overcrowded their parking garage.
