I haven’t moved in yet but i will say they are awful on returning calls or answering emails. i have tried to call and email them all summer before move in about payment since i live 4 hours away and im only staying here for when school starts, and no one has answered me. they have an AI bot who answers their calls but of course the AI bot won’t know anytning about payments and the AI bot said they would tell them about me calling them but no one answers. i’m going to give them some grace since it’s summer but as someone who ... read more
I’m going on my second year living at midtown and absolutely love it. It is close to campus, has amazing apartments, and genuinely feels like home. The maintenance team is amazing. They never stop to go above and beyond to help out residents. The negative reviews on here are lying.
Maintenance at this apartment complex is truly the best, they are always there when you need them, and they are the nicest people I’ve ever come across. They are so willing and happy to help and fix things that are going wrong. They are awesome.
