As a parent, I had total peace of mind while my daughter lived here. It’s safe, well-kept, and the maintenance team responded quickly whenever needed. The location is excellent — close to campus and the strip.
Average Midtown experience (There’s rampant amounts of black mold that cause headaches within 30 minutes, and they simply painted over the black mold)
If I could give “zero” stars I would. As a parent, I would forewarn you to stay away from this apartment complex. They are money hungry and greedy. If you do not renew their lease then on your last month— you pay the full month lease but expected to move out within two weeks. So they get two weeks free on you. You get nothing back! They also will not inspect with you there— that way they can bill you for non existent damages after you move out. Also you cannot dispute damages by phone email or in person.
