Literally the best place ever. The staff is so accommodating to your needs and always puts the residents first.
Love midtown! It’s very nice being walking distance to campus and the Strip! Everytime I have needed maintenance they are quick to respond and they are super helpful. I would definitely live here again next year if I wasn’t graduating.
Very close to campus and in a convenient location. Very nice floor plan and layout for pricing. Parking pass offered for parking garage across the street. Would renew my lease again 100%
Do not rent unless you want to be nickel and dimed with misc fees/charges and conflicting information regarding those charges and/or causes. Monthly 'rent' is in the mid $600s + $110 for fees/charges that are apparently not optional. Plus additional charges that are added mid month.
