I moved here about 2 to 3 months ago. The place would be great if management did anything to help the tenants, but you can count yourself lucky if you can even get them to answer the phone. Every single day around 5 pm they are outside screaming and making noise. I've had two packages destroyed and another go missing all together. I have a 1 year old daughter, and she will sometimes stick her books under the wooden door. I never thought much of it because there's another glass door outaide of the wooden door. Moved January 2018. So far, so good. The only bad thing happen was neighbors windows were shot out and home invaded. Police weren't called due to him allegedly being a dealer. But pretty good and quiet area for the price. Walking distance to everything you need, grocery, bank, pharmacy and doctors. Also, waking distance from Crosstown concourse. I pray steadfast for safety everywhere I go. i
