I’ve lived here for 4 years and have consistently had a great experience with both the management and maintenance teams. Everyone in the office is always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with—thank you, Ami, Tom, and Jessica. Special shoutout to Scott from the maintenance team—he truly goes above and beyond. Horrendous parking experience. Either get street parking which fills up in minutes and you have to end up circling the block several times, (often not being able to find an open spot for hours being stuck without a place to park), or get it reserved and get charged extra $ per month for a spot. Not ideal. Other than that, the apartments are really nice.
I lived at Midtown for about 3 years and I am sorta in shock looking at other bad comments and reviews because my experience was very pleasant. My building C was nothing but great, no mailing delivery issues, no parking issues, great spacious unit. Thanks for hosting me Midtown!
Nice apartments in a bad area. I moved to the Seattle area about a month ago and picked Midtown 64 due to the generally good reviews, reasonable price, and central location in the metro area. My apartment itself has been perfectly fine--it's new construction, so what do you expect? The leasing office and maintenance staff have also been very friendly and accommodating. The area itself seemed alright when I checked it out during the day, but man does it get unreasonably loud in the evening. Street racing is apparently a thing... read more
