I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.. While it is close to downtown/campus it is not worth dealing with the landlord or property management company who is banking that they can take advantage of you on your move out. I lived there for 12 months and consistently had a difficult time reaching or contacting our landlord that lived on site. Anything from homeless problems, maintenance, the horrible parking situation (by the way you’ll pay $150 for a parking pass each year and you only get 2 per apartment so one room... read more
Amazing atmosphere, clean and well maintained property. Updated interior and appliances. Beautiful units!!
