Concierge Terry is always willing to lend a helping hand, answering any questions I may have and going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Her attention to detail is impressive, and I've never had to worry about my packages being lost or misplaced thanks to her diligent efforts in receiving and processing deliveries.
Really nice apartment complex in a prime location. Terry, the concierge, is super sweet and helpful if you need anything.
Terry from fifth Avenue concierge at midtown 24 Always greets everyone with a smile! She walks around to make sure everything’s OK and has let me in to the elevator when I forgot my key. She is an asset to the community! I also love the maintenance men-all of them. I lost my key in the grass while walking my dog and they spent 30 minutes looking for it and found it for me! I am pleased with my decision to relocate to Midtown 24. I found the staff to be both helpful and professional. I have no reservations to recommend this community to anyone seeking a place to call home. I believe Alcira Urrego, the leasing office representative, is an invaluable asset to the company. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for her work are evident in all interactions. She is professional, courteous, and always willing to assist. I commend her on her contributions and encourage her to continue her excellent work.
Midtown 24 looks like a clean and very nice apartment complex. They take their time showing you around and even provide you with a pamphlet to take home of the unit of interest you tour.
