Staff was incredibly helpful. My move was from 10th to 12th floor. Went off without a hitch.
Maintenance was excellent
The place itself is nice but the management is terrible. The person who "sold me" on the apartment has never been available since I first got approved. I moved in - just me and some suitcases on my move-in date. No one could help me. I begged someone just to give me my keys. No one gave me a full orientation. I've been here 6 days now. Every time I run into my salesperson she is always busy with other new residence or at lunch or whatever other excuse you can come up with.
