While trying to link a Venmo account to our Midstates account, I was connected with Allie. Venmo has been less than helpful and recommended going through the bank for assistance. Opened a new bank account 1 week ago still waiting on my debit card. They have a limit of 500.00 once the debit card is received. I tried to use my account information for autopay/payroll it says account isn't valid. I have had nothing but issues with this out dated bank.
They don’t require any sort of identification in the drive through. Pretty shocking if you ask me.
