This has been one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. I’ve been a customer for many years and kept putting off closing my accounts simply because of the hassle—but I’m finally done. In my experience, this bank makes you feel like you don’t matter. There’s little protection when it comes to fraud, and they seem to charge fees at every opportunity. I’ve been banking at Midstates bank for 6 years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience! I use their Council Bluffs location on Madison Ave. Ashley M.
