Ladies, do not give them business - I made a service appt for my mower & after I left the store, they gave my phone number to a sole repairman & he called me - I did not ask /approve of this. They highly recommended him & reluctantly bec. he could come to my house, I agreed to let him diagnose my mower-that was in perfect working condition when i last used it 3 weeks ago, but would not start last week.
