I bought a brand new 3301 tractor I think it was 2018. I usually do all the work on it myself nothing‘s really ever went wrong with it. Just kept up on the maintenance. A small hose on my bucket had a leak so I had to replace it gave you guys a call. The guy on the phone said usually runs about $35 $50 for the longer hose so I came in a week later got the hose needed. These guys are legit -- I got my first tractor here. Jay the sales guy was honest and provided a great experience. Kyle, the guy who delivered the tractor gave me some great tips, and a thorough explanation/demonstration of everything I needed to know. Kerwin the manager also helped out, and always responded right away when I emailed. All around great experience. Good service up until last week. 14 months ago I spent $27,420 cash at this dealership. I called them and told them that the bottom in my 3rd function has failed. ( I diagnosed this for them). I called and asked if this was under warranty and they said YES, unless they find neglect from me or rodent damage. I said great, schedule me in! (I can change a botton switch on my own but why would I if it's under warranty) so they sent a technician out and he repaired in 30 minutes. Then they said no warranty and charged me $373!
