When we decided to go with Mid State we was told their work was guaranteed. We have had 3 visits from them and are still having bug issues. Not once was our bug issue solved during their treatment. After our third spray we was told if we wanted them to come back it would be another $175. That is not guaranteeing their work when they never solved the issue in the first place. The only good thing I can say about Mid State is the technician they sent out was very nice and apologetic.
RecommendedFinn is always polite and accommodating. He always asks if there is anything in particular we’re having problems with. He does a very thorough job.
I had Midstate spray my lawn areas for bugs last May which did absolutely nothing to minimize the lawn bugs. I was told by 2 of the employees to call in to have the lawn resprayed but the manager Jace Ramsey had the secretary explain to me that they don’t guarantee their work when spraying the yard. I wish they would have explained that to me sooner, I could of saved $350.00 which was a total waste of time and money because there was not one ounce of evidence of controlling bugs that was explained to me would be the outcome.... read more
