Jake was wonderful! He took his time showing me how to use something and showed me how to get my GPS on my car screen, something my salesman should have done.
This was my first time going to Midstate to service my 2010 Eclipse. Everyone (Ashley, Josh, Seth, Mark) were great. Kept me informed as to what was going on, had recommendations of what needed to be done (which I was expecting). Mark was very thorough on the work he did. The car was clean when I got it back. Even though it is a 40 minute drive to get there, I will definitely be going back for service in the future.
Had an appointment the other day, was thankful to get serviced quickly since the repair I needed seemed rather serious. Car was fixed in great time which also impressed me, thank you mechanics. Thanks to Ashley in service for her help and for being so kind. I am happy with the work done, I would give 5 stars if I was not scarred from a couple bad experiences in the past.
