I bought a used truck from them. The transmission blew after having it 20k miles. I had purchased the extended warranty did I brought it back to be fixed. They sent the truck to a dealership after having it two weeks. Then they did nothing. They went back and got it and sent it to another dealership. When I finally got it back two months later the controller at mid state acted like I should be happy it was fixed for free even know I paid for the warranty.
