We used Bob to inspect an old home. Overall he was very thorough but later realized we would have been much better served getting additional experts involved. He missed a code violation / emergency safety bypass with the furnace wiring, which could have been used to negotiate a replacement if it had been noticed before purchase. Not to mention how dangerous that was, we're lucky we didn't need to use it. He was a recommendation from our realtor.
