We used Bob to inspect an old home. Overall he was very thorough but later realized we would have been much better served getting additional experts involved. He missed a code violation / emergency safety bypass with the furnace wiring, which could have been used to negotiate a replacement if it had been noticed before purchase. Not to mention how dangerous that was, we're lucky we didn't need to use it. He was a recommendation from our realtor. Nothing but good things to say about Bob Winters whom recently did a home inspection for me! He was professional, detailed, prompt, knowledgeable and kind! He was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns and communicated fully with me from start to finish as well as he made sure I had a fast turn around time for the inspection report.
