He arrived to the house on time, was responsive to any questions/concerns, and provided an excellent detailed report of the home inspection. We used Bob to inspect an old home. Overall he was very thorough but later realized we would have been much better served getting additional experts involved. He missed a code violation / emergency safety bypass with the furnace wiring, which could have been used to negotiate a replacement if it had been noticed before purchase. Not to mention how dangerous that was, we're lucky we didn't need to use it. He was a recommendation from our realtor. Nothing but good things to say about Bob Winters whom recently did a home inspection for me! He was professional, detailed, prompt, knowledgeable and kind!
