Terrible service provided over the years! I’ve been with this Doctors office for 14 years! I started with John and I actually have nothing negative to say about him! I then begin seeing Christy and for quiet a few time, up until Covid actually they actually seemed like they cared. However, I was only going annually or 2 times a year MAX just for wellness checks. I love the staff they want the best care possible for you. Unfortunately I had to redo my review, being able to get in touch with them is not so good. The phlebotomist who switched over to being the receptionist could have re-recorded the voice recording. That is a unacceptable recording. Also there's no way to get in touch with them other than leaving a voicemail or a text message. So it's not like they have someone around the clock thats there all day to specifically answer text messages and voicemails. So with that being ... read more
I brought my in-laws here and they had a great time. The Doctor was so precise with his advise that my mother in law has been doing better since her last visit.
If you love yourself or family DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR & ASSOCIATES! When you need to go to specialist cause you get diagnosed with a bad Pulmonary Issue they take weeks to send a fax and even after having to drive to there office to sign release forms they still week later have not sent you legal paperwork over to specialist. I will post screen shots of the text messages soon!
