Friendly and efficient service!
Called up to try to track down a parcel from USPS I thought may have passed through midstate. Loraine answered the phone and was amazingly helpful and helped me find my parcel when it didn’t even come through their company. Fantastic and friendly!

Absolutely appalling customer service and drivers that discriminate against disabled people can't contact them they just direct you to the startrack customer care
