Has to be one of the worst couriers around. They literally just watch my wife walk out the front door to great them while the reversed back down the driveway. Does not matter what phone number you call they do not answer. And the have there pickup location over 150km away. Company is a joke.
All my DHL parcels are forwarded to Midstate, and they’ve consistently delivered on time. The staff provide outstanding service. Thank you, Rachel and Team!
Absolutely disrespect from the owner of this business he refused to answer a simple question" is the package on the truck if so why dose it not say out for delivery as it would normally" most doopy looks from him with no answer... However, I was at work at the time, and after checking my CCTV footage, there is no record of any delivery being made. I live 20 kms from Bathurst and deliveries usually take some time until the carrier is able to make it 'worth their while' but this is the first time I was told flat-out that this carrier doesn't deliver "this far out". I was given the option of nominating a Bathurst address for delivery, or else they would have to send it back to DHL for them to use Australia Post.
