Thankyou to the wonderful person who rang my father this morning, to let him know they found his parcel at Mid State Freight Kelso. He was able to drive out there to pick it up. I would also like to thank a very helpful young man called Mathew, who tried to find this same parcel 2 days ago. I had no idea that DHL no longer forward their parcels onto Australia Post. Thank goodness for the terrific people that work at Mid State Freight Kelso.

Called up to try to track down a parcel from USPS I thought may have passed through midstate. Loraine answered the phone and was amazingly helpful and helped me find my parcel when it didn’t even come through their company. Fantastic and friendly!
