Midstate is more than a gym. It is welcoming. It is a kind, encouraging and diverse community. The coaches are knowledgeable. They know how to challenge me while understanding physical limitations and will scale exercises as needed. I have been a member for 3 months. My labs are within normal range. My blood pressure is no longer high. I have seen more progress with Midstate Crossfit than with anything else I have tried.
