Awful people. They said they were going to fix my roof they came and looked at everything. Then there was no communication. I had to chase them down their excuse was that they still had to bring another person in. So I gave them the time and the date passed that they said they were going to do that. So I had to chase them down again. They then saidthat they had gotten the second person and that they were going to be giving me an estimate. I have had 2 small jobs and MidSouth Roofing responded like it was a big job. I had a leak and they inspected the roof and found a pipe collar needed replacing. They came and looked where the problem could be and within a few days they came back to fix the problem. Friendly, responsive and local. I will definitely call them again if needed.
